Baby Alliance is essentially a Latin American group engaged in the designing, manufacturing, importing and marketing of a diverse portfolio of items in the Juvenile and Toys segments.

The group has 18 country members in Latin America and together they reach a population of 480 million people, with 10 million newborns every year, nearly 90 percent of the total in Latin America.
